Camping: Queenscliff Music Festival offers camping on our local sporting oval. The surface is mostly flat and grassed. Access can be limited. We recommend our local caravan parks and accommodation providers for more accessible accommodation. Find some options HERE
Parking: There is designated accessible parking on Gellibrand St. Head north on Gellibrand St off King St. Show your parking permit to the Traffic Management officer at the roadblock to access the parking area. There are also accessible car parks throughout the town, including in Hesse Street and Learmonth Street, close to Town Venues.
Scooters and Electric Wheelchairs: Mobility devices are welcome on festival grounds. We have limited charging stations available.
Seating: There will be ample seating, including accessible seating areas, throughout the Festival site.
Sensory-Friendly Zone: A quiet space is available at Information Services, for attendees who need a break from the crowds or overwhelming stimuli. Access to the beach and surrounding parkland is also available through the Main Gates and Gate G.
Toilets: 3 x accessible toilets are located within the main Festival precinct. Accessible facilities are also available at the Town Hall, The Esplanade Hotel, the Vue Grand, the Maritime Museum and the Uniting Church Town venues, as well as at The Hub (49 Hesse Street), part of the Visitor Information Centre.
Viewing Platforms: There are viewing platforms located at both the Lighthouse and Hippos stages.

Auslan Stage Left: We are pleased to once again be working with Auslan Stage Left, a leading provider of performance interpreting, having provided Auslan Interpreters for theatre, live music, arts events and productions across Australia and internationally. Quality theatre-trained Auslan interpreters and Deaf consultants work alongside one another to ensure that interpreted events are an immersive, engaging and accessible arts experience.
Assistance Animals: Assistance animals are welcome, including Guide Dogs, Seeing Eye Dogs, Lions Hearing Dogs, Autism Assistance Dogs and Physical Disability Service Dogs. The animals should be wearing a harness, lead or a coat identifying them as assistance animals.

Companion Animals: Also known as Emotional Support Animals. As Companion Animals do not have public access rights, they are not permitted on festival grounds.

All Abilities Liaison Volunteers: We will have dedicated volunteers on site to provide additional support. Contact Information Services or speak to your nearest Area Warden if you require assistance.
Information Services: Located at the main entrance - follow the signs for Information & Volunteer Registration. There is also an Info Desk inside the main precinct, to the left of the main entrance.

Facilities: A dedicated space is located within the Couta Quarter area. This includes a fridge and microwave and baby change facilities.
Prams: The festival grounds have a mix of asphalt roads and grassed areas. Matting is installed to create pathways.
The Esplanade Hotel Beer Garden: Wheelchair accessible entry is available. An accessible toilet is available in the venue. This venue is mostly standing, no viewing platform.
Maritime Museum Boatshed: An accessible toilet is also available at the venue. The venue is a mix of seated and standing.
Peninsula Princess Ferry: There is limited accessible street parking at the venue. There is wheel chair accessible entry. There is no accessible toilet on board. The nearest toilets are at the Ferry Terminal Building.
Queenscliff Town Hall: There is accessible street parking available and wheel chair accessible entry. An accessible toilet is also available at the venue. The venue is seated.
Queenscliff Uniting Church: There is wheel chair accessible entry. An accessible toilet is also available at the venue. The venue is seated.
Vue Grand Hotel: There is limited accessible street parking available. The front entrance is via stairs. An accessible toiler is available at the venue. The venue is seated.
