Festival Camping


The easiest and most affordable way to stay in the heart of Queenscliff all Festival weekend is camping at Queenscliff Recreation Reserve. BYO or Hire-a-Tent options available.

CAMP LIKE A CHAMP – THE 10 MUST KNOWS

1.      Tickets: For BYO Tent remember it is one ticket per person, not per site. Limited numbers, available until sold out. Camping tickets only valid with a Festival Ticket. If you Hire-a-Tent you will be given either 2 or 4 camping tickets depending on your selection. 

2.      Dates: Camping Ticket provides access for 3 nights – Fri, Sat, Sun.  No single night tickets. Access from 12pm Friday until 10am Monday.

3.      Families: Kids love camping & so do we! Children 13 and under camp for free when you BYO tent. U18 only admitted with an accompanying responsible ticketed adult an must remain supervised. 

4.      TENT ONLY: Tent only camping – capiche!? No cars of any type permitted on the oval. Parking nearby and you will need to carry your belongings into the reserve. Reasonable size tents only that fit within approx 3x3m space. Tent pegs no longer than 15cm.

5.      Arrival: Pre-paid but not pre-allocated. First come first served basis and arrive together if you want to camp together. Access and check in via Hesse St entrance.

6.      Parking: Available nearby, adjacent to the entrance, along Hesse St, near the Queenscliff RSL and Fort. Parking restrictions must be observed.

7.      Environmental: Bring reusable water bottles, sort your waste and take rubbish home with you. Do your part!

8.      Respect: Respect your neighbours, the locals and our team. Party at the festival and keep noise to a minimum in the campground. A campground manager and security will be onsite at all times. Any disturbance will result in an eviction without a refund.

9.      Prohibited Items: NO Glass, Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs, Excessive Noise, Combustibles. Do the right thing.
