Yes! Head down to The HUB in Queenscliff. From Thursday 23rd November until gates open at the festival, you can exchange your ticket for your wristband.
The HUB hours:
Thursday 23rd November : 9am - 9pm
Friday 24th November: 9am - 4pm
The Festival is traditionally held on the last weekend in November every year.
The 25th QMF will be held in 2023 on the last FULL weekend in November on the following days:
Thursday 23rd November - External venues from 5pm - 11pm
Friday 24th November External venues from 1pm - 8:30pm, Main Festival grounds from 3:30pm - 12:00am
Saturday 25th November External venues from 9:30am - 7:30pm, Main Festival grounds from 10:00am - 12:00am
Sunday 26th November External venues from 9:30am - 7:30pm, Main Festival grounds from 10:00am - 5:30pm
The Festival is held in Queenscliff on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria. Throughout the town of Queenscliff, and the main festival arena is located in Princess & Lower Princess Parks Queenscliff.

There are no refunds or replacements given for lost, stolen or destroyed tickets under any circumstances.
QMF will be completely cashless this year. Bars, merchandise and vendors will all use an online purchasing system. There will be no cash on site.
All venues are undercover. Program will continue rain, hail or shine.
There is a range of delicious food choices from our Festival food stalls on site and Queenscliff has some fantastic restaurants, takeaways and food outlets.
QMF is a disposable plastic water bottle free zone!
- We’re asking all festival-goers, crew and artists to bring an EMPTY re-usable water bottle to the festival
- There are multiple clean water refill stations all around the festival site.
- Barwon Water Hydration Station is near the main stage.
- QMF and our stall holders will not be selling any bottled water
- QMF stainless steel quality re-usable bottles for sale from the Merch Shop.
- NO GLASS ALLOWED!
There are no designated car parking areas at the Festival, but Queenscliff is a small town and street parking is usually available (some subject to limitations) just a short walk to the festival site. During the weekend, electronic signs will be maintained and updated with parking availability.

The Information tent is located at the end of the Ticket Exchange Tent. There is also a second Information Desk located in the Pavilion, inside the festival grounds. They are both open during Festival hours and are designed to assist people enjoying the Festival.
For general tourist information, visit the accredited Tourist Information Centre in Hesse Street near the Post Office.
We will not be having an official festival program this year. All details can be found on our website or festival app.

No pets are allowed at the festival.
Assistance Dogs are permitted.
Low beach chairs are permitted however due to the limited capacity of the tents and to benefit of all Festival attendees, there may be standing room only. PLEASE NOTE: When it comes to chairs we're not Port Fairy Folky...
You may be requested to stand up by an MC, Security, Safety Wardens or even the artists themselves to allow people into the tent.
There will be a strict no chair policy Friday evening and after 7pm Saturday night. If you are sitting and are asked to stand up, please do not take offence.
This is primarily to allow everyone to view the acts in comfort, under shelter and for the safety of all patrons, including yourself.
Limited grandstand seating available at the Lighthouse Stage - first in best dressed.
Limited tables & chairs available near Glaneuse Stage - first in best dressed.
Street venues are all combination of seating & standing - limited capacities, and first in best dressed!
There will be no cloak room facilities at this year's festival

Yes, in the interest of your well-being at the event, we provide free drinking water. In compliance with Victorian Liquor Licensing laws we can only allow people to bring in sealed or empty water bottles.
*QMF is now a disposable plastic water bottle free zone.
You are not permitted to bring alcohol into the Festival. To comply with Victoria Liquor Licensing laws, please be aware that bags will be checked by security at the Festival entrance. Only sealed or empty plastic drink bottles can be brought into the site. The Festival has several licensed bars for your drinking pleasure.
QMF supports Companion Cards. When a cardholder has purchased a QMF festival ticket and carries a valid current Companion Card, a wristband will be issued to both the cardholder and the companion.

Children aged 1 - 13 will require a ticket and MUST be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Children under 12 months do not require a ticket and remain free.
Youths aged from 14 - 17 years must purchase an Accompanied Youth Ticket and MUST also be accompanied by a ticketed adult.

Please take your ticket to the Ticket Exchange (located next to Front Gates) when you arrive at the Festival to receive your wristband. All Festival attendees must wear a wristband for entry to the Festival.
