Joey Lightbulb (real name Mikey Cahill) is a fan of the people. The Melbourne/Naarm-based selector has DJed Golden Plains, Meredith Music Festival, Forum Theatre, Melbourne Museum, Howler and pretty much everywhere else. He recently sold out six Night Cat shows (3600 tickets) off the back of two well-received Golden Plains Interstitial Sets in the Supernatural Amphitheatre. Lightbulb also completed a sold out Winter of Disco Content mini-tour through Castlemaine, Barwon Heads, Fitzroy and Northcote.

He holds residencies at Revolver Upstairs, Hope St Radio, Riverland and Marmont. Lightbulb is also the national tour DJ for A Day On The Green and Live at The Gardens concerts at Botanical Gardens.

You might hear pelvic disco, shiny pop, forgotten indie bangers, old/new school rock, funk ‘n’ soul, hip hop and, well, whatever the party needs. Everything’s on the table. He's currently five years into his Fan of The People Tour which will last (checks notes) forever.
