Tides of Welcome choir celebrates 20 years!
Based in Queenscliffe at the Neighbourhood House, Tides of Welcome was originally led by Sarah Carroll in 2003.
Since then the "Tiders" have had enormous success with four of the five choir directors - Rose Bygrave, Andrea Robertson and Wayne Jury adding their own personal flavour to performances at various events ranging from community events, performances at the Uniting Church and the Queenscliff Music Festival through to wedding proposals and festivals such as the "Mouth to Mountain" and “Tranquillity”.
The choir comprises locals from Queenscliff on the Bellarine Peninsula in Victoria, who have enjoyed the experience of singing together and creating soulful harmonies under the direction of their dedicated leaders.
The QMF show will feature songs from each previous director, culminating in a joyous finale featuring the choir and directors all together on stage.
