Nathan Seeckts is a powerful singer songwriter who effortlessly fuses the sounds of Americana, folk, country & blues delivered with a commanding voice that is equal parts gravel & passion. His songs feature intricate, heartfelt storytelling that echo loudly and honestly from personal experience. 2019 has seen Seeckts take the Australian country music scene by storm, starting in January with the release of Old Blood, the first taste from his long-awaited debut album The Heart Of The City. The single was instantly picked up for play by Double J,Twang on RRR, ABC Evenings, as well as Acid Country and 5 Feet High & Rising on PBS. It was added to rotation on ABC Countryin February, where it remained one of the top 10 most played songs on the station for the next 3 months. Old Blood was featured on Saving Country Music’s Top 25 Playlist for March, with Seeckts being recognised as an artist to watch in 2019. The film clip for Three Soldiers, the latest single from the album, was featured on Memphis’s DittyTV recently, with host Amy Wright praising Seeckts’ vocal power and bold song writing.
