Bibimbap (비빔밥 [pibimbap], sometimes bi bim bop) is a signature Korean dish. The word literally means "mixed rice". Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with seasoned vegetables and gochujang (chili pepper paste), soy sauce, or doenjang. A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating.
We designed our Bibimbap with handpicked local produce. Here is how it works.
1. Choose your Meat
We currently have 3 types of main topping: Beef, chicken and tofu. We’re using beautiful rump steak marinated in Bulgogi sauce, free range chicken thigh in teriyaki sauce or if you prefer vegan or vegetarian option, go with seasoned firm organic Tofu.
2. Choose your Sauce
Chilli garlic sauce or lemon Soy sauce? hmm tough decision. What the heck maybe both?
3. Mix it up & Enjoy!
With 5 additional salad and vegetable mix all the ingredients, and enjoy the tasty Bibimbap. 1 bowl contains 560cal or 2343 kJ of calories 18g of protein and 0 fat. Yep I said it. ZERO phaaaat.
